Tracy Electric Inc. is seeking a National Production Coordinator to join our team in Haysville, Kansas. This role supports the Production team by facilitating smooth communication and coordination between field crews, project managers, and estimators across multiple construction projects nationwide.

The primary focus will be on logistical coordination, including managing travel arrangements, equipment rentals, lodging, per diem, and airfare for employees traveling to and from job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel logistics for field crews, including:
    • Car and equipment rentals
    • Lodging and accommodations
    • Per diem tracking and distribution
    • Airfare arrangements
  • Serve as the primary contact for travel-related questions or issues, including after-hours support when needed
  • Maintain and manage vendor relationships related to travel and logistics
  • Occasionally assist with:
    • Ordering materials and supplies for projects
    • Typing and formatting project bids
    • General administrative tasks to support the Production team
  • Ensure all logistical aspects of projects run efficiently to minimize delays and maximize productivity

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and respond to time-sensitive issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Experience in the construction or electrical industry
  • Previous experience in logistics or travel coordination
  • Familiarity with project management tools or software
  • ERP experience with systems such as SAGE/Quickbooks/Viewpoint Spectrum
